Taste Slovenia

Taste Slovenia is a project with which we want systematically show you a great diversity of Slovenian cuisine. Ethnographers, chefs and other authorities from the field of gastronomy and cultural heritage collaborated and developed a product with a name “Taste Slovenia”. They divided Slovenia in different culinary regions with typical food and ingredients, which can be presented to you either trough culinary workshop or degustation.
